AJ Ganino
AJ Ganino is Director of Operations at Bullen Ultrasonics, a global leader in the precision machining of advanced ceramics, glass, and specialty materials using proprietary ultrasonic and laser-based technologies. In this role, AJ oversees production, maintenance, the machine shop, and process engineering, ensuring operational performance, continuous improvement, and manufacturing excellence across the organization. His extensive background in operations and manufacturing provides valuable strategic insight to Bullen’s leadership team and supports the company’s ability to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
With more than 20 years of experience in sales and operations management, AJ brings a strong focus on team development, strategic execution, and adaptability in demanding manufacturing environments. Since joining Bullen, he has implemented revised production schedules to address fluctuating customer demand, restructured production management to support a lean and efficient shop floor, and led initiatives to reduce supplier costs while maintaining quality and reliability.
Before joining Bullen as Manager of Ultrasonic Machining and Production Support, AJ held leadership roles at Pemco Predictive Technologies and NuVasive. In these positions, he worked closely with manufacturing organizations across sales, service, and engineering functions, gaining hands-on experience in medical device manufacturing and other regulated, fast-paced environments. This exposure sharpened his customer-centric approach to leadership, aligning operational execution with customer requirements and quality expectations.
AJ holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Management and Marketing from the University of Dayton and is a CAT II Vibration Analysis certified professional through the Mobius Institute.
Outside of work, AJ enjoys spending time with his family, restoring and working on cars, and following a variety of automobile racing outlets.
