ENGINEERING TECH 1
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Candidate must be able to read and interpret complex drawings
- Candidate must be able to prepare technical drawings and details
- Candidate must be willing to learn CMM/CNC programming and operations
- Candidate must be willing to work closely in a team environment
- Candidate should possess good organization skills and file management
Qualifications:
- Software skills including AutoCAD, Inventor, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong knowledge of GD&T
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Manufacturing experience
- Associate's Degree in Engineering preferred
ENGINEERING TECH 2
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Candidate must be able to read and interpret complex drawings
- Candidate must be self- motivated to perform tests and trials in a manufacturing environment
- Candidate must be able to collect and perform detailed analysis of manufacturing processes
- Candidate must be willing to work closely in a team environment
- Candidate should possess good project/organization skills and file management
Qualifications:
- Software skills including Minitab, Microsoft Office Suite & Inventor
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong knowledge of GD&T
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Manufacturing experience
- Associate's Degree in Engineering preferred
Quality Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, apply and maintain quality requirements and standards for development and manufacturing products.
- Serve as the primary Quality Assurance resource to department supervisor(s) for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement.
- Support concurrent engineering efforts by participating in design development projects representing Quality Assurance and the customer.
- Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection.
- Promote and execute quality standards, inspection processes, test methodology, quality plans, documents and reports.
- Direct process certification.
- Review customers purchase orders, contracts and change requests and ensure that the necessary criteria and provisions are included in quality and process plans.
- Develop, execute and analyze quality-reporting measures.
- Report to management team on quality issues, trends and losses.
- Review suppliers purchase orders and establish supplier quality requirements.
- Participate and manage internal and external quality audits.
- Interface with supplier and customer quality representatives concerning problems with quality assurance and assure that effective corrective action is implemented.
- May compile, write and deliver training material on quality standards and activities.
Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering or equivalent in a related discipline.
- 3 or more years of progressive work quality management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of product assurance tools and methods utilized to ensure products meet standards and specifications.
- Broad knowledge of theory and principles of statistics and statistical process control.
- Proven knowledge of inspection and control methods, techniques and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Very computer literate with use of common programs (Ex. MS Word, MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
Ultrasonic Machining Operator
No experience required, we will train. Successful applicants will have a high degree of mechanical aptitude, reliability, dependability, and willingness to learn. Must be able to work any shift.
