Bullen offers CNC machining as one of our options for various challenges, such as drilling, milling, and grinding materials including:

We can achieve and provide these solutions because of our extensive experience with hard and brittle materials, our state-of-the-art equipment, our custom tooling, and our programming.

We use this combination to machine thru-holes, counterbores, blind cuts, cavities, slots, and odd-shaped holes, in addition to both OD and ID work.

• Typical feature size, location, and depth tolerance: +/- 12µm (contact R&D for tighter specifications)
• Smallest feature: on ID, 600µm; on OD, 300µm (Smaller features can be achieved with special tooling.)
• Depth/cavity cuts: 300µm R max, minimum floor 250µm (Thinner floor thickness can be achieved on a case-by-case basis.)
• Can align to previously patterned, machined, or etched materials
